They say they are a collections agency but when you call them back its an answering machine or a fax beep. I believe I got scammed from them and gave out a credit card #

I keep getting calls from this number. They claim to be frombank, but when I call the bank directly they have no idea who it is. I am a month late on my bank credit card due to a lay off, we will be called back in 2 weeks. I figured i would pay the late fees and get it caught up within a month of returning. Today the caller who has a heavy foreign accent got nasty with me. They won't see a nickel now. If anybody can find a physical address for this place, please post it. They need some lessons on manners.

Called waited for me to say hello a few times and then hung up.

Left a very cryptic message. Didn't say who it was for, who they were, or what it was about. Simply said to return the call. If this is a debt collector, I have none, and you are in violation of the FDCPA.

A man with a heavy Indian accent saying I owe money and am going to be arrested. I have already spoken to an attorney about these people and he has called them and he said they are Scam artists. They would not provide any documentation of the debt I supposedly owe. They use threats to try to scare people into sending them money.

Called on 29th of Sept. & on the 30th of Sept.
